Peer Review College

Call for new members

The 2016 call for membership has now closed.

Details of future calls will be published on the Peer Review College call for members.

The NERC Peer Review College was set up in July 2003, replacing the previous five standing peer review committees. Peer Review College members provide assessments, advice and guidance across NERC's range of research investments, although members are mostly involved in reviewing discovery science (responsive mode) research proposals and participating in discovery science moderating panel meetings.

Information about membership and how to apply

NERC publishes a biennial call for new College members. Although the majority of members come from the research community, members also include a wide range of end-users of NERC science, from both public and private sectors.
