The first science meeting for the Changing Arctic Ocean (CAO) programme was held at the Glasgow Science Centre on 28 September (09:00-18:00) and 29 September (09:00-14:00).

The purpose of the meeting was to introduce programme participants to all aspects of the CAO programme, to update on progress so far (after the completion of the first cruise) and to discuss future plans. All those who are directly involved and affiliated with the four Changing Arctic Ocean awards were invited to attend.
