NERC report on gender pay gap 2017

NERC has today published a report on the average hourly pay and bonuses of male and female employees, known as the 'gender pay gap'.
Legislation now requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish this data on gender pay annually. NERC is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion as an employer, decision-maker and funder.
The report is available to read in the downloads section of this page, and includes our next steps to reduce the gender pay gap at NERC.
From 1 April 2018, NERC will be part of UK Research & Innovation (UKRI), a non-departmental public body funded by a grant-in-aid from the UK government.
