NERC offers a flexible working scheme that allows for more flexibility in day-to-day working arrangements than working fixed hours and gives the ability to accrue flexi-leave.

Our Swindon campus office
Our centrally located Swindon campus - shared with six other research councils and hosting approximately 1,300 staff - provides a pleasant and comfortable working environment.
The purpose-designed building, set in its own grounds, is convenient for Swindon bus and railway stations, shops and leisure facilities. The offices provide access to free on-site parking (waiting list in operation) and cycle sheds, hot and cold food and a spacious eating and social area.
